Can I use AnnealIQ for absolute quantification?
No. AnnealIQ handles relative quantification only (DDCt and Pfaffl). Absolute quantification requires standard curves with known copy numbers, which is a different workflow.
What happens to my data?
All qPCR analysis runs in your browser. Only experiment descriptions and result summaries are sent to the AI for interpretation. See the Security page for details.
Can I import data from multiple plates?
Yes, but there’s no interplate calibration. Multi-plate experiments require manual plate-to-plate correction before import.
